Driving Directions and Parking
You can view driving directions and parking information for all buildings at OSU Medical Center by visiting OSUMC maps, driving directions, and parking page. A free courtesy shuttle runs between Morehouse Medical Plaza and main campus medical buildings every 15 minutes from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday. To obtain a free shuttle ride outside normal operating hours, please call OSUMC Park & Ride at (614) 293-8669.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Please arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in at Registration desk, and then go to clinic reception desk. Please bring the following items to your appointment:
- Completed forms in our New Patient Packet
if you are new to our practice. - A referral from your Primary Care Provider. Please check with your insurance company to find out if you need to obtain a referral before you can see a specialist physician.
- X-rays, notes, reports or any other documentation regarding your condition from the Emergency Department or a referring physician.
- Insurance card, photo ID, and co-payment
